1. Scope and definitions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website cynsio.com (hereinafter "the Website") and all services offered by Axenimo BV, with registered office in Belgium, VAT BE 1031.883.129 (hereinafter "Axenimo" or "we").

1.2 Definitions

Cynsio: The brand name and rental-management platform, owned and operated by Axenimo BV.
User or you: Any natural or legal person who visits or uses the Website.
Services: All current and future services offered through Cynsio, including the marketing website, contact and demo forms, and the rental-management application at app.cynsio.com.
Website: cynsio.com and all associated subdomains and pages.

1.3 Acceptance

By using the Website, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease using the Website.

2. Nature of the service

2.1 Active software platform

Cynsio is available as rental-management software. The website describes the product; you can create an account and start a trial at app.cynsio.com.

2.2 Trial and subscription

The trial lasts 30 days and requires no card. The subsequent rate is € 7 per rentable unit per month, excl. VAT. A paid subscription is activated separately; registration alone does not start a recurring payment. The price and payment details are confirmed at activation.

2.3 Account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, protecting your credentials and the permissions of your colleagues. Only bring in data you are authorised to process for your rental management. Personal-data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.

2.4 Current and future features

The features page describes the available capabilities. Items explicitly marked as in development are not part of the current offer. Review calculations, documents and letters before applying changes or sending information. Examples on the website use fictitious data. For public rent-indexation calculations, the website refers to official information from Statbel and the relevant regional authorities.

3. Use of the website

3.1 Access

Access to the Website is free. Axenimo reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time, without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate.

3.2 Permitted use

You may use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is forbidden to:

Use the Website in a manner that could damage the Website or affect its availability or accessibility;
Use the Website for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes;
Infringe on intellectual property rights of Axenimo or third parties;
Distribute viruses, trojans, or other harmful material;
Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Website without express permission.

3.3 Contact forms

By completing a contact or demo form, you voluntarily provide personal data. The processing thereof is governed by our Privacy Policy.

"Cynsio" is a brand name of Axenimo BV. Use of this brand name by third parties without permission is not permitted.

Axenimo provides no warranties regarding:

The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the Website;

Axenimo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
