Before you start
Every rentable unit in your account counts, including units without an active lease. One building with six apartments counts as six units. The rate is € 7 per unit per month, excl. VAT.

When activating your paid subscription, you confirm payment for the first month. Payments then recur monthly. A change in unit count applies to the next recurring payment.
